RE: RE: RE:

Dear J,

Apology accepted. You certainly are an intriguing character. I do indeed posses a vial for which I hope to produce said results. However I feel that we should perhaps not be discussing such matters over this medium. There are many ears and eyes around these days. Perhaps you should suggest a place and time and we can continue this conversation in a more civilised manner.

Dear Geo,

Apologies for the mysterious manner in which I have approached you but I believe in these days of change it pays to exercise caution. I believe I know why your experiments aren't working as I understand you are in possession of a vial that you believe grants certain powers. It won't without my help.

If you agree to meet up I know you won't regret it.

Dear J,

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate the fact that you've taken the time to write and have expressed and interest in getting into contact. Albeit in a rather dramatic "I'm being mysterious" manner.
I doubt however that you really understand the extent of my experiments and what I'm tryng to achieve here. Feel free to continue to read my blog however, after all it's a free internet (as most people believe).

Regards

Geo

Recruit

Tazr slowly opened his eyes and lay still, staring at the Victorian brick work above him. He ached a little but basically he was in one piece, but he didn't know where he was or how he got there.
"You're awake, here take these" An expressionless white face loomed above him.

Tazr was startled for a second before recognition kicked in...

"Vault?"

"The very same"

"but I thought you were caught"

"Not caught. Exercising caution. Which is more that can be said of you and your gang"

"What happened?" Tazr sat up and took the tablets Vault had passed to him.

"Morphora took a bit of a hit, but they are well equipped. Once they'd got most of you rounded up in a field you were toast. You and wood boy here were lucky. I got there and took you out before it got that far."

Tazr sat on the edge of the bed.

"Now, we have to find some people, there are things on the horizon and we need to stick together if we're going to survive."

"We?" Tazr looked at Vault quizically

"Get yer trainers on and your stuff" Vault started to walk out the door.

"oh and Welcome to the family."

Found!

She leaned back in her desk chair and looked up at the ceiling as if the answers were written there. Her hands were clutching a piece of A4 paper still warm from the printer, her forehead was creased in thought. The paper grew taut and suddenly tore in two, shaking her out of her trance.

Tube to Town

Tazr slumped in a seat as the Northern line train entered the tunnel at Finchley. Some of the rest of the crew were intimidating the other passengers. Tazr wasn't feeling in the spirit of things. This job was going to be tough. Aside from the main tourist attractions, Oxford circus was one of the most heavily guarded parts of the city. Tazr rarely came in to shop for fear of some crazy detection device they might have. Let alone what they had planned for today. Lenny had made it all sound so convicing at the time. That tied with the distinct feeling that he had no real choice in the matter, meant he was in for the duration.
Tazr picked up a metro to distance himself from the rest until he got there. As he flipped to the back page, he decided if he escaped unscathed then this'd be a one off, it was all too stressful.

Looking after your own

With the onset of Morphora’s rule she had to be more careful, plans had to be tweaked and altered to accommodate the new circumstances. Julian could be caught at any time so he was back at the centre, better safe than sorry. She had one half of the jigsaw but the other piece eluded her and time was running out. If this fucked up, her life wouldn’t be worth living.

Failure!

I can not believe it. I tested out the newly created formula based on the vial. I was sure it'd work but it simply had no effect. There's something missing but what, I don't know.
The formula was weaker than the original but no effect? what could it be?

Geo leant back in his chair...and rubbed his eyes. He needed to vent, no one read his blog other than his geek clique. Besides they wouldn't take his ranting seriously even if they did. Geo looked round to the chair on the other side of the room. He simply typed.

On another note, does anyone know how to get blood stains out of the carpet? :)

Guinea pig

Pete shuffled in the cheap and slightly wonky leather office chair. As it turned it clanked against a cup half full of cold tea topped up with a thick layer of mould. Geo busied himself on the computer at the other end of the bedroom.

"So what's this new stuff you wanted me to try" Pete wiped his nose and began picking at the dismantled Amiga on the shelf next to him.

Geo looked up from his manic typing, paused and span round on his chair to face Pete.

"Aaaah Pete! I forgot you were there for a moment" Geo swept his greasy curls out of his black rimmed glasses and stood up. Walking over to one of the many messy shelves that lined the room he pulled down a crate and placed it on the floor.

"As you know Pete I've been providing you with your usual drugs of choice for some time now. In exchange for favours, aquisitions and such like"

Geo popped open the the small crate and reached inside. Pete was getting the shakes Geo had made him wait for a little too long. This had better be the hit he'd banked on otherwise he was going to have to make some very rapid alternative arrangements. He was wise enough not to rush Geo though. He was a good supplier but he was prone to bouts of anger. Pete rolled his tongue over the gap in his teeth where a molar used to sit.

"Here you go Pete" He passed him a vial containing a pale pink liquid, sat back at his desk and adjusted his glasses.

"What's this shit?"

"Pete, Pete ,Pete when have I ever let you down on these things? This my boy is the latest in designer drug from Hollywood's clubland. If you like it there's plenty more"
Geo waved his hand down towards the crate.
"Chin chin" He smiled and raised his chipped tea cup in the air in an effort to coax Pete to drink.

Pete paused, looked at the vial, shrugged and drank...
